Riverside Homes wants to make it easy for you to buy your new home. But, we know that it isn't always easy when you have a home to sell.
The Riverside Homes Exchange Program emerged out of a need from our customers for assistance in selling their current home so they can move in to their new Riverside Home. Our goal is simple, "make the whole process easy and as worry free for our customers." We provide this service in many of the following ways.
A Riverside Homes representative will customize a program that suits your individual needs, so you can sell your home quicker and move in to your new Riverside Home even faster.
This will include a detailed marketing plan to promote your home to the Real Estate community and targeted advertising in local newspapers, on-line and magazines that reach thousands of potential home buyers.
Your Riverside Homes representative will serve as your personal "Sales Counselor" and will provide you with professional real estate advice on the marketing, pricing and sales process of your current home as well as keep you informed of the construction process, option selections and closing process on your new Riverside Home.
Riverside Homes will provide:
- Reduction on the listing commission of your home. This saves you money!
- One year repair warranty for your present home
- Generous Discount on Title Insurance. This special rate is available only through Lawyers Title.
- FREE Appraisal for your buyers through Laurie Hansen, Mortgage Express.
- 15% Savings on options and upgrades.* Customize your new home with your choice of a variety of options and upgrades available only through Riverside Homes. Save 15% on appliances, landscaping, fencing, interior upgrades and so much more. You choose!
- $500 Credit at the closing of your new home for services on your current home. These include: home cleaning, landscaping, home repair, etc. Keep your receipts and we'll credit you at closing of your new Riverside Home.
- $1,000 credit toward closing costs on your new Riverside Home. This discount is available through our preferred lender program. Ask your Riverside Homes representative for a current list.
- FREE meals on moving day! We know how hectic moving can be, so we'll provide gift certificates for free meals on the big day!

To qualify for the terms of the Riverside Homes Exchange Program, all contingent properties must be listed through the listing agent or co-op agent for the community you are purchasing your Riverside Home from. Ask your on-site agent for details.
