Warranty Information

While we strive to build a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that we may make mistakes or that something in the home may not perform as intended. When either occurs, we will make necessary corrections. In support of this commitment, Riverside Homes provides you with a limited warranty, administered by the Residential Warranty Corporation.

The Residential Warranty Corporation Warranty sets the standards for repairs in your home.  When Riverside receives your written request for warranty service, we strive to address all of the items you list within 15 days.  If you have questions about what specifically is covered by the warranty or want to know more about how the warranty is administered, you may contact Niki Munson with your questions.
