You've signed your Purchase and Sale Agreement and have taken the step toward owning a
Riverside Home. Now, who are you going to meet and how can they help you?

Kelley Edwards- meets with homebuyers after they have signed all of their purchase and sale contracts. She will discuss personalizing your new home with an array of options and upgrades. She can also answer questions about custom options. Review the Design Center section for information on and preparing for your appointment.

Niki Munson- manages the quality control and closing processes for Riverside Homes.  She will meet with you to perform your pre-closing orientation and final walk-through.  She also manages Riverside's Warranty Department and will be your contact for questions regarding your home after closing.

Dawn Leritz- performs and implements quality control procedures and inspections, schedules walk through and orientation appointments, sends out any appropriate letters to agents and buyers.  She is also available to answer any of your questions about the closing or warranty process.
