Why do my documents have to fund and record before I can get keys?
Riverside's insurance policy for the home prior to closing does not cover your personal belongings or contents. This policy is in place until the closing documents are recorded at the appropriate jurisdiction, at which time your homeowners insurance policy should take effect.
