Once a fully executed purchase and sale agreement has been completed, your real estate professional will present you with a Plan Available Options Report and an Earnest Money Packet. The Plan Available Options Report will list all the options that are currently available for your floor plan and neighborhood. The earnest money packet includes great information for homebuyers about the building process, a timeline of events, brochures of many of the options available and a sample warranty.
