What if I change my mind about a product or option that I've selected?

With so much opportunity for our homebuyers to research options prior to the final options meeting, there is normally not a lot of need for changing options or products after the options selection appointment has occurred. However, if a homebuyer needs to make a change, delete or add any options after the final options meeting, there will be a $200 change order fee that will apply.
