What if I would like to add an option that is not on the options list?

Options that are not listed are considered custom options. While we offer an array of ways to personalize your home, Riverside Homes is not a custom builder and as a production homebuilder, we cannot accommodate changes of this nature. We are able to offer the high quality homes that we do, at the prices that they are offered, due to our ability to keep strict construction schedules, work with preferred quality vendors and consistently hit our deadlines.
